Just want my first post to say hello to you all! I found out about TGS by way of word and mouth once I'd joined the Digital Cowboys and Gamerdork podcasts!

It's been a real pleasure adding TGS and the replay Podcasts to my ever growing list.

I love all the work that you do Dits, Fly, Xantiriad and all other contributers.

Anyway I'm basically a bit of a retro freak when it comes to games but I do have all the latest consoles too with loads of games that I never have enough time to play sadly!

The podcasts make me feel like I'm still in the loop and it plays a bit of a substitute in a strange way if you get what I mean!

I hope to be able to contribute to the forums from time to time as I've just been introduced to the awesome app tapatalk for the iPhone by Tony (Digital Cowboys) and Cassandra (TMPGOTI)

Laters all

Fordie

Well had a little bash of Future Wars on the Amiga this week ( Ilike that a lot )

But more current Gen I've done only about 5 hours on RDR which is sooooo amazing.

And a little bit of Split/Second (velocity - stupid UK added bit lol )

Future Wars is one of my favourites. I proudly own a copy and played it again last year; it was every bit as good as the first time I played it.

Lol! I knew it wouldn't be sold :). Another stupid mistake of me getting rid of the packaging grrr.

I'm quite a big collector and I don't make those sort of mistakes anymore lol.

Yeah it great to get on the forum

Microsoft Xbox x 3 (2 black 1 Crystal all homebrewed)
Microsoft Xbox 360 x 2
Nintendo Nes x 2
Nintendo Snes x 2
Nintendo 64 x 3
Nintendo Game Boy
Nintendo Game Boy Pocket
Nintendo GBA

I also have crap loads of plug-in and play consoles (namco one comes to mind and a C64 one too)

My collecting is just as it comes and with having a family it is very slow these days.

No pressure though as I'm gonna collect til I've kicked the bucket and pass it all down to my kids.

Three Spectrum +2s?!? That's a little excessive. :) I bet the tape drive is dodgy on all of them. :)

That is an awesome collection. As chance would have it one of the only retro systems I have is a pc engine, my one and only console port from Japan. I absolutely loved it at the time and still get it out for the odd game of galaga.
