A new name, a new show?

Would anyone like some new sections added or taken away from the weekly podcast?

Always great to hear your suggestions and feedback so fire away!

I know most people hated it, but I miss the chart.

Maybe do a "Top 10 Something" each week, be it a chart, facts (Guiness & Wikipedia being a good source), or community info (like top threads of the month).

A community poll each week might prompt some interesting discussions both on the show and on the boards. Pop up a thread asking for the top 3 whatevers (most annoying videogame characters, most interesting female characters, favourite peripheral, xbla game, etc. etc.). Collate the results and chat about them on the show.

I wasn't a particular fan of the charts but it's nice to highlight some of the interesting developments/sales figures... I think you do that a fair bit anyway.

I have a book called 'useless lists'. You want me to pick a few out :)

Other "chart" or list ideas that the community could compile might include "essential ingredients" lists. E.g. essential ingredients for a horror game. Essential ingredients for a JRPG. Essential phrases for FPS main characters etc. etc.

More of Dits singing YMCA...

During the long summer months I think a quick summary of the charts for any new entries would be good or even just a monthly slot on them.

As we approach the holiday madness the charts always get more intresting so it would be good to start covering them in a bit more detail say. But please no wii or DS charts.

I also liked the forum update that was introduced laterly on the previous show and would like to see that return. It could also be good to cross promote other UGN sites by highlighting discussions on their forums as well as the TGS.

Oh and a biker friendly segment on how to customise your ride. :D

TGSser Talk with Fly and Dits would be a good name for it.
