The TGS Scenecast coming at you unscripted and unrehearsed (nothing new there then!) Fly is away looking after the little one so this week we have Dits, SilentHitoshura and Sinan! We throw away the rulebook and just chat…for 2hrs about things, like gardening and the latest fashions…erm…enjoy!

Just listening to the show now... I can almost hear Mr NokkonWud gnashing his teeth from here... :)

Don't forget that Telltale Games also produced the two most recent CSI games, so they can handle the serious subjects although the CSI titles had a nice undercurrent of humour, as well.

Very good show, free flowing & compelling listening.

Regarding games imitaing movies / tv, I can't remember where i heard it but there is a games company out there who's philosophy is that if you are trying to do things in games that can already be done on other forms of media, then you are in the worng industry. Their attitude & ideal is that they want to do things with video games that can't be done by other media. Did anyone else hear this somewhere? if so can you pint me in the right direction.

I also want lollipops & ballons as rewards for my gamescore.

Yeah, I think there's a bit of a stereo thing going on... Stick the other earphone in? :)

Doesn't sound good. A case of the blind leading the blind perhaps? *grind*

Can't believe you're still moaning about games being too easy when you're not playing them on the hardest difficulty settings. :)

Maybe, you should be moaning about games being too simple (i.e. not complex enough) rather than too easy.

That's the point, just adding more and more enemies may be making it more difficult but its not changing the core. Would rather have extra objectives, like an Epic (dungeon) mode :P

Hence why I said... Maybe, you should be moaning about games being too simple (i.e. not complex enough) rather than too easy.

Thanks for the kind words - always fun appearing on TGS, and definitely very fun to talk with Silent and Dits.

Not sure Nokkon has anything to gnash about, I think poor Dits got most of it from me and Silent!

Also, I'd love to know what I'm a fanboy of. Answers on a postcard.

Of life. And of games. :)

Apologies for the stereo sound, did try and mix down to mono but the audio went really crackly so stuck with stereo. Will change next time I edit :)

Great job on the show everyone! Sucks I had to bail last minute, but like Dits said it was the first day the wife went back to work since having the baby and me and the little man were all on our own. Oddly he didn't seem to understand that I needed a couple hours without interruption to do the show. But as always Dits did a great job pulling something together! So huge thanks to him, as well as SilentHitoshura and Sinan for doing such a fantastic job as always.

Fly

PS - I have re-encoded the show in mono for anyone having problems with the stereo. You just have to re-download it. My small contribution for bailing on y'all!
